Ball Cross Farmhouse, the largest property in the Ball Cross Collection, has five bedrooms including twin and super king rooms that are perfect for larger groups. The kitchen and dining room have traditional flagstone floors and an Aga stove, while the living room has a log burner for added warmth.

GROUND FLOOR
Entrance to a boot room with utility room and toilet. A large traditional stone-flagged farmhouse kitchen and dining room, complete with Aga. A spacious reception room with log burner, and second reception room also with a log burner. Easy access bedroom with two single beds and large en suite wet room.
FIRST FLOOR
In bedroom one is a super king-size bed with a large adjacent bathroom and a freestanding bath and a separate walk-in shower. Bedroom two features a double bed with an adjacent shower room. The en suite family room includes a king-size bed in room one, leading to two single beds in room two (height restriction for one single bed due to eaves). This suite also includes an en suite shower room.
OUTSIDE SPACE
Patio seating area and large paddock/garden with exceptional views.
Please note that unfortunately, the maximum occupancy of our cottages cannot be exceeded at any time. Guests cannot arrange for visitors to the property or hold events (such as parties, celebrations or meetings) at the property without the advance consent of the cottage manager. For the comfort of all our guests, we expect all residents to behave in an appropriate and non-disruptive manner.

Chatsworth Multi-Entrance Tickets
Visiting Chatsworth? We can provide multi-entry tickets to the house, gardens, farmyard and playground for you to use throughout your stay. These can be added to your booking by our team, who you can contact on 01756 718 111 or res@chatsworthescapes.co.uk.
These tickets give you unlimited access to Chatsworth House and Garden, with free car parking for the duration of your stay. Holders of these multi-entrance tickets are also not required to book a time slot, so you have complete flexibility.
With these tickets, there’s no need to rush to view all of the wonders of Chatsworth, as you can return the following day on the same ticket to see what you missed or revisit your favourite part.
Please note that tickets must be collected from your cottage before visiting Chatsworth.
Multi-entrance tickets are not valid for admission to events such as the International Horse Trials and Country Fair. Please note the farmyard and playground are closed during the Country Fair.
*Chatsworth tickets over the Christmas period (between 9th November and 5th January) are single entry only and prices will differ from normal multi-entry tickets. Multi-entrance tickets are not provided when Chatsworth is closed January – March.
