Tissington Craft Fair
Tissington Craft Fairs are independently run and carefully curated to focus on the core values of a traditional artisan market.
At the market you will be introduced to a variety of talented designers, makers and artists and their unique range of products. No two days are ever the same and stalls can include everything from weaving and needle felting to ceramics and printmaking, with the focus firmly on handcrafted products.
Only 3.5 miles from Ashbourne, Tissington is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing day out. Not only will you discover a number of independent small businesses within the village as well as a charming tearoom, but you can also make a day of it by enjoying a walk or ride along the Tissington Trail. Tissington Hall, built in the 17th century, is only a couple of minutes walk down the lane from our venue and is still home to the FitzHerbert family, who privately own the Tissington Estate. Each market takes place in Tissington Village Hall, which is located opposite the village pond. The historic building has been given a fresh, modern update inside and you will find the craft fairs here regularly between April and October.
There is free entry for visitors to all of our markets and dogs are more than welcome to meet our makers too!
