Have you ever fancied having a go at Tai Chi? Why not try Chatsworth’s riverside session where you can learn more about the practice and experience something new.
Tai Chi movement can help train your mind and body and improve your health, fitness, motivation and concentration. It can be fun too! Be inspired by the water and join us by the River Derwent to add some gentle flowing movements to the start your day.
Your tutor will introduce the key themes of Tai Chi and then guide you through simple movements to build your confidence.
