Spring into Spring: A Day of Nature Connection
Thursday 24 April
Spend the day in nature, learning relaxation, breathing, and sensory awareness techniques to deepen your connection with the natural world. Together in a circle and out among the trees, you’ll explore tree and herb lore, and gather budding shoots and herbs to create a healing oxymel, a blend of herbs infused in honey and cider vinegar.
Participants will also have personal time in solitude, a chance to sit quietly in nature, daydream, reflect, and strengthen their connection to the earth. You’ll close the retreat with a drum-guided journey and a final sharing circle for reflections.
Summer Blooms in the Heart: A Day Retreat in the Heart of Nature

As summer brings flowers and trees into full bloom, it invites us to slow down and be among the blossoms, receiving their gentle blessings. This day retreat allows for immersion in the beauty of summer flowers and lush green woods. The morning begins with deep relaxation and gentle movements, helping you connect with the beauty that surrounds you. As you step into the woods and garden with sensory awareness, you draw closer to the natural healing power of plants.
In the afternoon, there is time for solitude and personal reflection, a chance to dream and create a unique flower essence. Creating a flower essence from a personally chosen plant or tree is a traditional way to harness their energy for well-being. You’ll end our retreat with a guided drum journey and a final sharing circle.
Autumn Gifts of Berries Bright: A Day Retreat for Berry Blessings
Wednesday 17 September
Autumn brings heavy fruit and seeds, a season for gathering and reflection as winter approaches. This day retreat celebrates the richness of autumn as trees burst into colour. You’ll spend a peaceful morning in relaxation, wandering through woods and gardens, learning from trees the wisdom of letting go. Along the way, you’ll gather insights on using seasonal gifts to support wellness through winter.
In the afternoon, you’ll create an elixir from hawthorn berries and rose hips and explore herbs and spices for winter health. You’ll conclude with a circle of gratitude, giving thanks for nature’s abundant gifts.
