In The Garden Room Restaurant this relaxed and elegant dinner pairs three courses with a selection of English wines, curated and introduced by our in house sommelier, Stuart Bond.
Following a drink upon arrival, the evening begins with chef’s snacks before a choice of seaweed cured North Sea cod or BBQ celeriac, followed by Chatsworth Estate Beef Wellington or Jerusalem artichoke and Tunworth Ravioli. Dessert is forced Yorkshire Rhubarb or Dark Chocolate Pavé, served with the Chatsworth Estate’s own Muscat of Alexandria.
Guests will also have the opportunity to purchase any of the wines tasted throughout the evening.
Spaces are limited to 40 guests.
