Chatsworth Caravan and Motorhome Park, is set within the old walled garden at the heart of the estate, and is a perfect base for exploring Chatsworth, Derbyshire, and the Peak District National Park.
Among the most distinctive Derbyshire campsites, the caravan park has a ‘secret door’, that opens directly into Chatsworth Park and its 1,000 acres of open space and woodland surrounding the house and garden.
Chatsworth House, Garden and Adventure Playground are a 15 minute walk away, with year-round activities, courses, shopping, food and drink.
Guests of the Chatsworth Caravan and Motorhome Park can purchase multi-entry tickets to Chatsworth for less than the price of a standard day ticket.

Directions
To find us using sat nav, enter the postcode DE45 1SP, which will take you directly to our drive.
Please note: The entrance to the site is by private single track road, with passing places (no parking or waiting allowed). There is no access through Chatsworth Estate. At the end of the entrance drive there may be a traffic bottleneck outside reception. The bridge at the site entrance has a 5-ton weight limit.
From the East: Turn left off A619 (Chesterfield – Bakewell) in 8.5 miles in Baslow 150 yards past The Cavendish Hotel into site entrance.
From the West: From Manchester at junction 1 of the M60 take the A6 to Chapel-en-le-Frith and then the A623 to Baslow. At the roundabout go straight on towards Chesterfield but just after leaving the roundabout take the first turning on the right, just before The Cavendish Hotel.
From Buxton: Take the A6 to Bakewell and then the A619 to Baslow. Then follow directions from the roundabout as above. The site has no Late Night Arrivals Area.
Getting around: Buses run from Baslow 0.5miles away to Chesterfield and Bakewell.
