Exploring the Peak District by E‑Bike

E-Bike through the Peak District and spend your energy looking at the view rather than struggling with the pedals

Electric bikes are a great way to explore the Peak District. The motor’s support takes the edge off any steep climbs, making it more accessible to enjoy the long views and quiet lanes of Derbyshire’s villages and valleys. With the help of an electric motor you can cover more ground without rushing the experience or tiring yourself out for the rest of your visit.

PeakePedals now run guided e‑bike tours from The Cavendish Hotel and The Hide Hotel. Guests can book directly with them below.

Peak District E‑Biking

E-bikes are ideal for the Peak District because they make challenging, hilly terrain, like those found along the Monsal and Tissington Trails, accessible to all fitness levels, allowing cyclists to travel further and enjoy steep ascents without as much physical effort as regular pedal bikes would demand. If you are out with a group e-bikes ensure nobody gets left behind, which make e bike tours fantastic activities to do with friends and family.
