Join us at The Cavendish Hotel to meet the grower behind one of England’s most celebrated sparkling wines
Sit down with a guest speaker from Ambriel wines and learn more about the process that goes into growing their Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier vines in West Sussex, which are handpicked and turned into proper English sparkling wine.
Executive chef Adam Harper has built a three course menu with ingredients from the estate and nearby, including Chatsworth Estate venison, Chatsworth Farm Lamb, and Ladybower trout from the Upper Derwent Valley. Each dish will be paired with an Ambriel wine introduced by our guest speaker.
